AI workshop

Half a day with your marketing team: what AI can do today, where it stops, how the brand stays consistent – using your own templates, texts and images.

What it is about

AI tools take routine work off a marketing team: text variants, lengths for different channels, image research, first drafts of presentations. What they do not take off: deciding what fits the brand. That is exactly where the workshop starts.

AI makes many suggestions. The brand and the people decide which one counts.

Using your material, not examples

Before the workshop, I look at your templates, your latest texts, your imagery and a typical brief. In the workshop we work with them: we generate variants for a real job, compare them with the brand, discard, improve and record what works. By the end, every person on the team has a method they can use the next day.

I have worked this way since 2025, in training and in every project: more proposals per brief, shorter turnaround, sign-off stays handwork.

The half day

  1. Review: what does the team do today, where does time get lost, which tools are in place?
  2. Variants: texts, lengths, tone on a real job
  3. Images: research, visual worlds, what fits the brand and what does not
  4. Presentations and social media: from raw text to slide, from report to post
  5. Limits: rights, data protection, labelling, sign-off
  6. To keep: prompt library for the brand and a short guide

What it brings

  • Speed: more variants in less time, even without an agency
  • Consistency: a prompt library that knows the brand
  • Confidence: who signs off, what gets labelled, what does not go out
  • Follow-up: the workshop shows where templates, brand book or website need to catch up

How I work

  1. Preliminary call: goals, team, tools, material
  2. Preparation: using your templates and texts
  3. Workshop: half a day at your office
  4. Delivery: prompt library and short guide within a week
  5. Follow-up: short call after four weeks on what has proved useful

What you get

  • Half a day at your office, three to eight people
  • Preparation using your templates, texts and images, not examples
  • Prompt library for your brand: tone, image style, formats
  • Short guide for the team to keep
